	Baked Alaska Three scoops of ice cream (your choice), topped with chocolate sauce and toasted meringue. Served flaming with a fresh strawberry!
	Peach Melba Two scoops of vanilla ice cream, peaches and raspberry sauce with just a dollop of whipped cream
	Banana's Foster Fresh bananas sauteed in a brandied carmel butter, served flamed over our rich vanilla ice cream.
	Hot Butterscotch Cashew - "A Jigger Shop Original" 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream, topped with hot butterscotch, crushed salted cashews, whipped cream, whole cashews and a cherry. A house favorite!
	Banana Fudge Royal Two scoops of vanilla ice cream, quartered bananas and hot fudge, topped with whipped cream, a Royal crown of almonds, and of course, a cherry.
